Pricing
All product prices on our website include applicable UK VAT but exclude delivery charges. If VAT rates change between your order date and dispatch, the VAT you pay will be adjusted unless you’ve already paid in full.
Payment is taken when we dispatch your order and confirm via email. Ownership transfers to you once payment is complete. If payment is overdue, interest may be charged at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate until full payment is received.
Product Information
JLPR LTD is not always the product manufacturer. We aim to ensure accurate product details on our website, but colours may vary due to screen settings, and packaging may differ. Always read product labels and instructions before use.
We may update products to meet legal requirements or for technical improvements that don’t affect functionality.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders received before 4pm (GMT) are processed the same business day. Orders after 4pm, weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Delivery options and fees (including VAT) are shown on our website.
Delay or Non-Performance
If a delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control, we’ll notify you. While we won’t be liable for the delay, you can cancel your order if the delay is significant. In such cases, we’ll refund you for items not received.
If we cannot fulfil the contract due to such an event, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return the item within 14 days of cancellation to:

Keep proof of postage. If we don’t receive the returned product, or it arrives late, we may refuse your refund.
We’ll only refund standard shipping fees—not express or timed delivery.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return).
If the product has been used or damaged (e.g., missing tags, damaged packaging), we may reduce your refund accordingly. No refund will be issued if the product is not in a resaleable condition.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days from delivery to report a fault.

Please include a description and photo/video of the issue.
If we confirm the fault, we’ll send a pre-paid return label. Once returned, we’ll replace the item or refund you as per your preference. You’ll receive updates throughout the return process.
Extended Returns: Orders placed between December 1st–31st qualify for extended returns to allow time for holiday gifting.
Warranty Period
Products are covered under warranty for 12 months from purchase against manufacturing faults (excluding wear, misuse, or accidental damage).

Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Within 30 days: a full refund for faulty items.
- Within 6 months: if not repairable or replaceable, you’re entitled to a refund.
- Up to 6 years: partial refund if the item doesn’t last a reasonable time.
Product Use
Unless stated otherwise, all products are for home or home-office use only.
Using a product outside of manufacturer guidelines or modifying it will void your warranty and return rights.
International Orders & Customs
If you’re ordering outside mainland UK, you may need to pay customs duties or taxes. These charges are your responsibility. JLPR LTD has no control over them.
You are considered the importer and must comply with local laws. Customs authorities may inspect your shipment, and cross-border shipments may be opened.
Ending Our Contract
We may cancel the contract and seek compensation if you fail to accept delivery within a reasonable time.
Our Liability
We’re responsible for losses that:
- Were foreseeable at the time of contract.
- Were not caused by external events outside our control.
- Were not preventable by following our instructions.
We are not responsible for:
- Business losses.
- Indirect, unforeseeable losses.
We do not limit liability for death, injury due to our negligence, or fraud.
Children
We do not sell to children under 18. If you are under 18, you must use our website with a parent or guardian.
