ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the legal right to cancel your order if you change your mind. To do this, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your product.

You’ll need to return the product to us within 14 days of telling us you’ve changed your mind. Returns are at your own cost unless we offered free returns at the time of purchase.

Please use a reliable courier and keep proof of return (like a tracking receipt). If we don’t receive the item, or it’s delayed, we may not be able to issue a refund.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll issue a full refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
If the product has already been dispatched, return shipping is your responsibility. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you’ve sent it). Refunds are made to your original payment method, and we don’t charge any refund fees.
Condition of returned items:
If the item isn’t returned in “as new” condition (e.g. used, damaged, missing tags or packaging), we may reduce your refund. In some cases, no refund will be issued if the item is not in resellable condition.

Returns window:
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. If a fault develops after this time, we’ll replace the item under warranty.
Extended Christmas returns:
From 1st to 31st December, we offer an extended return period so gifts can be tested and returned if needed.
When you contact us, please include:
- A short explanation of the issue
- Whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund
- A photo or video showing the problem (if possible)
If we confirm the product is faulty or incorrect, we’ll email you a pre-paid return label and ask you to return the item to us.
